Before this session, I had only been to Gold Creek Pond on show shoes. Seeing it in the early fall, snow free, was a beautiful change of scenery! And I’ve got to say, I much preferred just driving up and walking a few hundred feet.
This location is just a little over an hour away from Seattle but it feels like you’re hours away in the mountains! I absolutely love it. And unfortunately, Gold Creek Pond is going to be closed for many years, starting in 2025. So this is the last chance to get photos at this amazing spot.
