Crystal and Corrinna of Opal Artistry are so talented. They are two best friends who own a beautiful salon together in Queen Anne.
They opened their salon a few years ago and were feeling ready to invest in high quality photography to use on their website and on social channels.
We decided a small business session would work best for them, because they wanted to bring in models and show some hands-on services. They offer a huge variety of hair and makeup services, so we pared it down to the most popular services for our shot list. They also wanted beautiful photos of the two of them together and separately.
Crystal and Corrinna wanted their shoot to be playful, clean, light and bright. It was really important to both that their personalities shone through the photos. We broke the shoot up into two parts–the salon services and the owner portraits.
